Services Provided:
Biological investigations and NEPA compliance for implementation of a Section 404 permit, compliance with Teton County Land Use Regulations, and ESA compliance.

 

Details of Pioneer Involvement:
As a prime environmental contractor, Pioneer is completing botanical, wildlife, water quality, impact assessment for an Environmental Assessment and Habitat Conservation Plan.  The EA/HCP is being undertaken for the issuance of an Incidental-Take permit pertaining to eagles nests.  Application for a wetland fill 404 Permit is also included.  For the purpose of County regulatory requirement as Assessment of Impacts analysis will also be completed.
